Having Their Cake and Eating It, Too

HAVING THEIR CAKE AND EATING IT, TOO: Unions in Colorado want a law passed to eliminate “closed” elections. They want to know how each member is going to vote so they can intimidate them into voting THEIR way. But in Michigan, unions are costing many people raises and retirement income through “closed-door negotiations.” I guess they want it both ways. . . . “THERE IS A GOD!” That is what liberal “shockumentary” producer and well-known liar said when he heard about the hurricane (again) approaching New Orleans, thus showing his abysmal ignorance and arrogance. But is anybody surprised? . . . I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT! I asked my own son what he thought about the hurricane that has had news services obsessing about it for several days now, and he replied, “What hurricane?” I can’t believe ANYBODY ignores “current events” AND politics to that extent, but apparently he does… . . ..YOU WANT CHANGE? McCain’s got “change,” but not “change” toward socialism. The “change” McCain’s talking abut is movement AWAY from socialism and government control of everything. . . . LOUISIANA VOTERS NEVER LEARN: Louisiana Democrat Representative William Jefferson is running for election while under indictment for the second time. He easily won in 2006 when the current indictment was beginning and will have to divide his time between campaigning and court appearances in his corruption case. You remember, he took $100,000 in MARKED “bribe money” from an FBI informant, and $90,000 of the SAME “bribe money” was later found in his refrigerator. How much more proof does anybody need that this man is a criminal, and shouldn’t be elected to ANYTHING. . . . NOTHING TO SAY: A Fox reporter who “dived into” the liberal demonstrators recently asked a demonstrator who kept repeating that this reporter “had blood on his hands” to be more specific. Whereupon the demonstrator actually RAN rather than reveal that he couldn’t come up with any specifics, while shouting his slogan over and over.
