How Stupidly Arrogant!

HOW STUPIDLY ARROGANT! Hillary says, “It took a Democrat administration to ‘clean up’ after a Republican administration (Bush the First).” Actually, the Clinton administration ORCHESTRATED the financial mess we’re in right now by passing the stupidly ignorant “Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 that FOVCED financial institutions to make loans the applicants could never repay, then created Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to buy up those bad loans and stave off disaster for a while, until it could do the most damage to the Republicans. . . . ROUNDHOUSE RIGHT: I don’t often agree with liberal Rocky Mountain News writer Mike Littwin, and I don’t know the content of his article (I don’t read him) but his title is profound when he says, “McCain still tossing jabs when he needs roundhouse right.” . . . “SARAH’S WARDROBE: They’re now criticizing Sarah Palin’s “expensive clothes,” and the fact that they’re being paid for by the GOP. So the hell WHAT? Did they make a “big thing” over Clinton’s expensive suits? Or the $500 haircut he got while holding up a busy airport? How about Hillary’s many pant-suits from which she chose a “pumpkin-colored” suit for an engagement (Rush called it “orange” and got a nasty message from a woman correcting him, as if it mattered)? What the hell difference does it make? Is she the first politician (in EITHER party) to do that? C’mawn! . . . NOT ENOUGH MONEY IN THE WORLD: Obama has so many “spread the wealth” plans, there isn’t enough money in the WORLD to finance them all. While trying, he’s going to raise your taxes to the highest level EVER. . . . GETTING WOMEN INTO CLOTHES: Republicans pay big money to get their women INTO clothes (Sarah Palin) while Democrats pay to get women OUT of their clothes. Think Elliot Spitzer and other Democrats–except for Barney Frank, who does it to get MEN out of their clothes. . . . BRINGING BACK A 30-YEAR-OLD SCAM: They’re in “big trouble.” They have nothing substantive on John McCain, so they lie blatantly about him. Now they’re bringing back a 30-year-old scam, trying to frighten Social Security recipients by telling them (lyingly) that the government is going to “cut Social Security.” It’s all a big lie, geared toward getting votes from “seniors.” . . . UNFORSEEN CONSEQUENCES: People who buy smaller, more fuel-efficient cars are paying as much as $700 more for insurance on them, since they’re inherently more dangerous to drive. There’s always a cost, Sometimes you don’t see it coming. Liberals NEVER do.
