A Typical Attack

A TYPICAL ATTACK: The Republican Party thought Sarah Palin wasn’t “dressed properly” so they bought a bunch of clothes for her and her family to wear on the “campaign stump.” The Democrats made a “big thing” out of that, to keep us talking about unimportant things instead of asking them important questions about their trend toward collectivism and Marxism. The fact that is was not true– but that the clothes were not ordered by her and she didn’t keep them was lost in the din.  . . .  KILLING CIVILIANS: Osama (I almost wrote Obama) once said very clearly, “We don’t differentiate between those wearing uniforms and civilians. They’re ALL targets.” Yet what is their biggest complaint (a false one at that) about American forces? Killing CIVILIANS (That is, if you can tell the difference between civilians and terrorists in Iraq or Afghanistan)! Where the hell does he get off complaining about that after this statement?  . . .  ARM MERCHANT SHIPS: That’s the obvious solution to all the piracy that has been going on. Arm them so they can fight back and kill a few of these pirates. That’s the only thing people like that understand, anyway. They need to meet firepower superior to theirs when they attack a ship.  . . .  DODD-INFLICTED: Sen. Chris Dodd says the auto business is suffering fro wounds that are “self-inflicted.” Amazing! This from the very man who CAUSED the problems from which they’re suffering in the first place! Now he wants the government to take an 80% stake in their companies as the price of the bailout from the problems HE caused.  . . .  PREVIOUSLY UNKNOWN GROUP: We’re constantly hearing about depredations in the Middle East by “a previously unknown group.” But are they REALLY “unknown? It’s a common “modus operandi” among radical Islamic terrorists to “create” new groups by simply starting to operate under a new name, using the SAME people. This tends to confuse the liberal news media, which wants to advance the terrorist cause. Since they WANT to confuse America, they like it.  . . .  THE “CLINTON CROWD”: with the selection of Marc Holder, former asst. AG under Bill Clinton, EVERY appointment so far has been “one of the old guard” Democrats who have been in various offices under Clinton or other Democrats. THIS is “change”? Gimme a break! It’s the “third Clinton administration.”
