This Is NOT “The Great Depression!”

THIS IS NOT “THE GREAT DEPRESSION! But the Democrats want you to think it is while most younger voters never had to live through it and are thus unable to compare today’s economic problems with FDR’s (Democrat) “crash.” What we have today is nothing like what we had at the end of the thirties. FDR supporters keep telling us he “stopped the depression.” Unfortunately, his policies ELONGATED it. What got us out of the depression was World War II (Which some blame on FDR’s lack of foresight).
THE BLIND LEADING THE BLIND: ”We’re bailing out everybody. The entities that need bailing out are regulated by a bunch of goofballs who haven’t the slightest idea how to run the businesses they’re regulating in the first place!” Rush Limbaugh said it, but I couldn’t have said it better.
GULLIBLE BELIEVERS: Those who believe in Gore’s swindle, global warming, (and that includes such as George Bush, Newt Gingrich, and others who should know better) are just gullible. The very idea that extreme cold OR extreme heat is “part of” global warming is the talk of a good “double-talker” and con man; and those who believe it are just gullible. Gore has made MILLIONS on this swindle; maybe BILLIONS.
$103 BILLION TAX INCREASE: Is that what you want? That’s what you’re going to get if Obama allows the Bush tax cuts to expire and enacts the other tax increases he promised on the campaign trail. The Annenberg Political Fact Check says that will amount to the largest single-year tax increase since World War II.
HURTING THE ECONOMY: Democrats SAY they want to make the economy better. Why then, does everything they do HURT IT? 60% of voters say tax hikes hurt the economy, according to Rasmussen Polls. Meanwhile, 67% believe oil companies should be allowed to invest some of those “evil profits” into drilling domestically to get some of the oil we already OWN so we can buy less from people who hate us.
CREATING MONEY: The Fed is creating money out of thin air at an unprecedented rate. Do you know what happens when they do that? It makes all the money you now have or will earn in the future worth less. That’s inflation and it STEALS money from you, “under the table.”
THE WORLD HATES US: That’s what the liberals continue to say. And it’s true, as far as it goes. They will continue to hate us as long as we’re hard on the world’s dictators and tyrants. I hope they continue to hate us as long as I live.
THE WORST RIP-OFF: Watch out, folks; the Democrats are setting us up for the damnedest rip-off ever tried. They’ve already ripped the taxpayer off for more than a TRILLION dollars and they want more. They want us to think they’re “watching out for us” in the auto maker bailout, but that’s not why they’re fighting. They want more CONTROL over the auto industry, Power is what it’s all about; because the more power they have, the more money they can “siphon off” to go into their pockets while telling us how to live our lives.
“WISE SPENDER”: Obama says he’s going to be a “wise spender,” but he’s already promised more than SEVEN TRILLION DOLLAR’S worth of bailouts alone, along with enough other promises to spend more than there is in the world. And this is a good choice for president?
“TAX CUTS FOR THE RICH?” What a load! Tax cuts are for EVERYBODY unless they are “targeted.” Targeted tax cuts are the only kind you can expect from Democrats because that’s how they control us. They always talk about “tax cuts for the rich,” but they forget that the rich aren’t the only ones getting them. Whenever a Democrat or one of their dupes gives you this “patent lie,” demand to know just what tax cuts they’re talking about that are ONLY for the rich. Frankly, I think the rich SHOULD get their own tax cuts because they are the people whose investments make this world go around.
TALE OF THREE LIARS: Hillary, Bill, and Obama. That’s the “Tale of Three Liars. There are no worse liars than these three; although the competition for the title is great among politicians.
ROM EMMANUEL TELLS THE TRUTH: Sorta. He said, “This crisis presents us with a rare opportunity to rip off the public in ways we couldn’t before.” But of course, he didn’t use those words. He actually said, “This crisis provides us with opportunities to do things we couldn’t do before.” But with Democrats, it means the same thing.
