They Do Like Us

THEY DO LIKE US: Every time you ask an Afghanistan or Iraqi citizen if they want us to stay, they say “yes.” They tell us they are a “positive influence” and hope they stay as long as possible. But you never hear about this in the liberal media. It’s as if it doesn’t exist as far as they are concerned.
SHOEICIDE BOMBER: Showing your enemy the bottom of your shoes is one of the nastiest insults you can get from an Islamic. Another is to turn your back on someone. That Iraqi reporter/activist did both at Bush’s press conference in Baghdad before his fellow REPORTERS “took him down.” The Secret Service was unaccountably slow in responding to the threat.
DECISIONS BASED ON FALLACIES: The U. S. government has named the polar bears (which are thriving) an “endangered species” based on the false idea that the “ice cap” MIGHT start to melt “in the future. Actually, the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service says that polar bear numbers are at their highest in history, numbering 20,000 to 25,000. This is UP from 5,000 to 10,000 in the 50s and 60s. Are these people STUPID, or what?
WHO CAN WE TRUST? Bernard Madoff was one of the biggest financiers on Wall Street, and one of the most trusted. He was also the architect of a $50 billion dollar rip-off that took most of America’s best known names to the cleaners. What he was running was a massive pyramid scheme. Remember all those ads that tell you to “trust” certain people (“When so and so speaks, people listen”)? Can you believe them? No. Anybody, at any time, could be running a con, as was Madoff. So be careful with your money. Always know exactly what you’re getting into and keep an “out” for yourself in case.
NOW THEY WANT TO BLAME BUSH: I’ve heard mutterings in the Democrat circles (from whence Bernard Madoff came) that George Bush’s policies are to blame for the successful scamming of billions of dollars in Madoff’s pyramid scheme. I’ve even heard it said that the responsibility can even be traced back to Reagan and that phony thing Democrats called “the decade of greed.” That’s a big load of bull droppings. Madoff was a Democrat. All his associates were Democrats. There wasn’t a Republican in the crowd. So how can they claim that Bush or Reagan is at fault? Maybe because Bush didn’t stop him. That’s so typical of Democrats, I don’t even need to comment on it.
DON’T LIKE IT, TAX IT: That’s a Democrat. They cry about “the poor,” then they cry about the “fat.” If you’re poor, how do you get fat? But most of the pictures I see on the liberal news media as “poor,” are fat. Now they want to add an extra tax to anything that contains fattening substances such as sugar. Anything to get more money out of the taxpayer and gain more control. Taxing things is how liberals (Democrats) control people. If they don’t like something, they want to tax it. Their favorite (and mostly only) kind of tax “cut” is a targeted” tax cut where you get a tax cut if you do what you’re told
INCESTUOUS: Caroline Kennedy getting Hillary’s Senate seat is almost incestuous. It keeps that New York Senate seat “in the family.” Everybody knows that seat is reserved for “family members.” If she doesn’t get it, it may go to the wife of the governor of California, who is also a Kennedy.
