“Conservative” Sources?

“CONSERVATIVE” SOURCES? Some people ask me why all my sources (or most of them) are “conservative sources,” and why I don’t use more “mainstream media” sources? There’s a good reason for that; most of what I write about you won’t FIND in the misnamed “mainstream media.” The only time I use liberal media sources is to show just how they’re lying or distorting what they DO report. It’s difficult to show them completely ignoring news that doesn’t agree with their preconceived notions and socialistic (liberal) views (Such as the good things happening in Iraq). If I tried that, any links I provide would go to empty spaces.
THEY’VE OVERCHARGED ENOUGH: The government refuses to pay the last 20% of Medicare, leaving me to pay it or be sued for it at a time when I cannot work. Who designed this crap, anyway? The medicine program they forced me into has a “donut hole” after $5,000 worth of medicine, forcing me to pay for it myself (at inflated prices) until I reach a much higher amount. Meanwhile, the doctors and hospitals overcharge me (like $300 for a band-aid) enough so that they get not only 100% of their bills, but also what they can threaten or sue out of me. They think I have assets on which they can levy. Boy, are they going to get fooled (like my second wife, who thought I was rich)!
BIGGEST SWINDLE EVER! I once applied that label to Al gore’s “global warming swindle,” but the Democrats (in the person of Chris Dodd and Barney Frank, primarily) created an even bigger one, which is now in the TRILLIONS of dollars! Gore is a PIKER compared to the swindle the federal GOVERNMENT is perpetrating upon us right now. Dodd and Frank CREATED it with their creation and support of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to buy up all the bad loans created by the “Community Reinvestment Act of 1976” (passed by a Democrat-controlled Congress and signed into law by a Democrat president, {Jimmy Carter}, strengthened by Bill Clinton (another Democrat), which FORCED lenders to make loans that could never be repaid until they “pulled the plug” on their “safety valve” (Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae who bought up those loans) just before the election and got Obama elected. Now they’re merrily giving away TRILLIONS of dollars (of OUR money) to take control of many industries, banking and auto-making being the first. Oil and coal will be next. And most people, who don’t pay attention to politics,” don’t understand what they’re doing.
NEW YORK GOVERNOR TO TAX MUSIC: The new governor of New York (the old one had to quit in a sex scandal) is acting just like all the other liberals there. He wants to tax music downloads and sugar-bearing products. What will he do when people find ways to get around that tax? The same thing others do. Tax their substitute. If liberals had their way, there’d be a tax on the air we breathe and if you didn’t pay it, they wouldn’t let you breathe.
“FREE AMERICA FROM OIL:” Obama wants to “free America from our dependence on OIL.” Not FOREIGN oil, oil itself. He has said he will “get us off the oil standard” in ten years. He also wants to “bankrupt the coal industry.” Never mind there is NOTHING “waiting in the wings” to do what these essential products do. What planet is this jerk from?
DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME: A big misnomer if I ever saw one. DST actually COSTS money, due to early morning heating or air conditioning. We really ought to leave it alone. Resetting our clocks twice a year, especially in the fall, is a bother and gains nothing. It’s a grand example of government meddling not doing what it was supposed to do, and costing us money.
