“Catching bin Laden”

“CATCHING BIN LADEN”: I can’t believe people are so stupid! They’re still talking about “catching bin Laden,” years after we made him into a “crispy critter” when we bombed one of his hideout caves with him in it Why can’t people realize this? Sheesh! They’ve been trying to convince the world ever since that he’s still alive, with some success, apparently, because his death would be a severe blow to al Qaida. Even many of our top politicians have bought this fiction.
“MOSTLY CIVILIANS”: The Palestinians are still claiming that MOST of the people killed by the Israeli offensive into Gaza are CIVILIANS. Unfortunately, that’s a lie, as are ALL their pronouncements. Of course, they don’t talk about all the civilians THEY have killed in Israel in their MANY attacks on Israel.
CAN OBAMA CONTROL HILLARY? She conned him into appointing her to probably the most powerful office outside of the presidency, and she has already showed a tendency toward independence from Obama’s policies. She has already moved to make her office more powerful. She’ll probably appoint Bill to a “traveling job (such as ambassador to the UN, maybe?)” so he can travel the world at government expense for another four years with his fly determinedly open while getting a paycheck.
FORCED, THEN SUED: The government FORCES oil companies to mix Ethanol in their product. Ethanol can get contaminated by water. Now they’re (the oil companies, not the government) being sued by people whose cars have been damaged. Go figure.
LIBERAL CONTRADICTIONS: Obama wanted to “make the rich pay” by overtaxing them. But now in the economic crunch, he has found out that if the rich don’t make money, neither does anybody else. Sop now he wants to GIVE them money to “bail them out.” Sheesh!
BIDEN WANTS TO TAKE CEO PENSIONS: Is he willing to give up his own lavish pension from the government? Or is that sacrosanct?
