“Princess Caroline’s” Tax Problems

KENNEDY’S TAX PROBLEMS: Word is, Caroline Kennedy has tax problems. So what is new about that? ALL the Kennedys have “tax problems,” but you don’t usually hear about it. Same with other Democrats. Nancy Pelosi was CONVICTED in tax court and had to pay a lot of money for her “tax problem,” but not much was made of it in the press, as it would have been if she had been a Republican. Then there’s Obama’s nominee to head the Treasury Department (which runs the IRS), who “neglected” to pay his own taxes for years. Dingy Harry Reid calls that a “speed bump, no more.” Or an “honest mistake.” If I made such an “honest mistake,” I’d be in prison, as is one actor I know of.
LOWERING TAXES THE ONLY ANSWER: Democrat (and some Republican) politicians are “thrashing around” trying to find a way to end this recession,” while ignoring the ONLY real answer, lowering taxes on a permanent basis, therefore giving people who can INVEST in jobs- and profits-creating projects that benefit all of us the INCENTIVE to do so, not to hold onto what they have. Giving rich people “bailouts” is the wrong answer, but it DOES do one thing: it admits that if “rich people” don’t make money, we ALL suffer. But you’ll never get a politician (particularly a Democrat) to admit that.
HAMAS CLAIMING VICTORY: Even though thousands of Palestinians (and few Israelis) died in the recent Gaza invasion and the bulk of the “infrastructure” of their ability to rocket-bomb Israel was destroyed. I’d like to know their DEFINITION of “victory.” Their stupidity is breathtaking to expect the world to believe they were victorious, although their “subjects,” who are purposely ill educated, might.
BUSH LIED? That’s the favorite chant of the left: “Bush lied, and people died.” But did he? Even Ted Kennedy said in 2002, “We have known for many years that Saddam Hussein is seeking and developing weapons of mass destruction.” So did Kennedy lie, too?
WHAT IS “TORTURE?” Liberals seem to be much more interested in making sure killers and torturers aren’t “tortured,” even if the information they have can save the lives of lots of Americans. But what IS “torture?” Waterboarding is NOT. It is UNCOMFORTABLE, but does no permanent damage. If we were the prisoners of these same people, they might even lop off our heads. They have proven that. So why are we so worried about their “welfare?” That is abject STUPIDITY. We should let some of these whining people go to Iraq of Afghanistan and be captured by the terrorists to see how THEY would be treated.

There’s no recession here. Could it be because we (some of us) elected a dedicated, radical socialist to the presidency while making sure he had a like-minded Congress so they could pass socialist-type legislation (such as national ID and socialized medicine)?
