SHREDDING THE CONSTITUTION: The first picture that came to my mind when I heard them pass the law to “confiscate” (steal) the bonuses (approved in the “stimulus swindle” law) paid to AIG employees (not all execs) who EARNED them is townfolks marching on the castle carrying burning torches and pitchforks, ready to do murder. This law, if passed, will SHRED the Constitution TWICE, as it is both a “bill of attainder” AND an “ex post facto” (retroactive) law, both of which are expressly PROHIBITED by the Constitution
THE INTIMIDATION FACTOR: That’s what the liberal’s “Employee Freedom Bill” contains. The actual law they want to make CREATES the “intimidation factor: where union thugs can intimidate employees of a company into joining a union by use of the “card check” system where they hand you a card and say “sign it” while “looming over you” and when they get enough cards signed “no matter how long it takes” they can then force a union on these employees This is actually “The Employee Coercion Bill.”
WHAT WOULD RON SILVER SAY? “I wish I could ask Ron Silver what he thinks of the AIG bonuses. He’d have some original take–maybe propose re-opening the bonuses paid to Franklin Raines and Jamie Gorelick for their yeoman’s work running Fannie Mae into the ground and then collecting bonuses of $90 million and $24.7 million, respectively. Or maybe he’d just make a joke. (Ann Coulter) Leave it to Ann to put things in perspective.
KILLING THE GOOSE: What Obama is doing by the onus he’s putting on “the rich” is “killing the goose that lays the golden eggs.” He thinks we can GAIN by his actions, but what he’s doing is destroying the capitalist society that helped us outdo countries that have been around THOUSANDS of years in little over 300 years. This guy is DANGEROUS! We need to get him out of there in any way we can (that does NOT mean murder so you liberals don’t even try to twist it that way).
FEARING FOR THEIR LIVES! AIG employees who have received their lawful bonuses—you know, the ones Obama and his henchmen are decrying so loudly after their own law APPROVED them. But Barney Frank (one of the architects of the whole thing) is demanding the names of those who got the bonuses and won’t guarantee they won’t be published widely so these people will have to go into hiding to stay alive. The criminals are in charge! And they don’t care about the victims!
THEY TALK ABOUT “COMPETENCE”: The “Obama crowd” questioned Bush’s “competence.” But I have yet to see ANYTHING in the Obama administration that IS “competence.”
