I wrote a regular column for “Sierra Times” called “News Nuggets” for many years until its demise recently. “Ray’s Shorts” was a daily feature within this column. I find that I cannot NOT write these short, pithy items about what’s going on in the world, from the view of a “rational individualist.” But having nowhere to put them, they mounted until I now have pages and pages of them. That’s what this blog is for. MY other blogs, “The New THOMA$ REPORT” on Town Hall and “The Bull Cutter,” on Blogger, comment daily on the news and bring you links to news stories and articles that prompt the items. My book, “What’s WRONG in America” is both a comment and a question that can be answered in one word. But it took 216 pages and 22 chapters to prove it.
